SUBSTANCE: method includes cleaning raw materials and drying them in a vacuum drying chamber with the help of infrared heat supply at a raw material layer thickness of 15-20 mm, a heating temperature of 40°C, a residual pressure of 5 kPa and a heat flux density of 4-6 kW / m2. The total drying time is 170-220 min.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain dry roe with low specific energy consumption and drying duration.
