SUBSTANCE: present disclosure provides a memory card and terminal device. Memory card includes as follows: a memory unit, a control unit and a memory card interface. The storage unit and control unit are located inside the memory card body. The memory card interface is located on the memory card body. The control unit is electrically connected to the storage unit and the memory card interface separately. Therefore, the memory card provided in the embodiments can be inserted into the nano SIM card holder. In addition, the memory card and nano SIM card can share the same nano SIM card holder.
EFFECT: said invention is aimed at solving the problem of the possibility of optimal use of the terminal device space due to the fact that one nano-SIM card holder in the terminal device providing two nano-SIM card holders is not used and that the existing Micro-SD card is completely incompatible with the nano-SIM card.
