FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to hot-stamped coated steel part and method of its production. Such parts are used in automobile industry to manufacture structural elements serving as protection against penetration or energy absorption. Part includes a steel substrate and an aluminium alloy coating on at least one side of the substrate, wherein the coating comprises, starting from the steel substrate to the outer layer, a counter diffusion layer and an outer layer, the part also includes a non-deformed part with thickness of 0.6-3.5 mm and at least one deformed part, linear density of cracks in the coating in the non-deformed part is higher than or equal to the minimum linear density of cracks, wherein the total thickness of the coating and the thickness of the opposite diffusion layer must meet conditions determined by a mathematical expression.

EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a hot-stamped steel part with a coating that has both good adhesion to paint and good weldability during spot welding.
