SUBSTANCE: method for creating an alternating frequency stand in a Zeeman laser gyroscope has been developed, including the excitation of dischargers by counter-electric currents in two gaps of the active medium, on which a longitudinal magnetic field is superimposed. A magnetic field is superimposed on the gaps of the active medium using permanent magnets, whose magnetic fields in the gaps of the active medium with different polarization sign have the same direction, and in the gaps of the active medium with the same polarization sign - opposite directions when bypassing the circuit. The discharge currents are modulated in the opposite phase by an alternating signal with their constant sum.
EFFECT: reduced heat generation in the non-reciprocal device of the Zeeman laser gyroscope.
