SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to ethyl-2-(9-aminochromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5-yl)acetate of the general formula I
R=Me (Ia) - ethyl-2-(9-amino-2-methyl-5H-chromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5-yl)acetate; R=Ph (Ib) - ethyl-2-(9-amino-2-phenyl-5H-chromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5-yl)acetate; R=NH2 (Ic) - ethyl-2-(2,9-diamino-5H-chromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5-yl)acetate; R=MeS (Id) - ethyl-2-(9-amino-2-methylthio-5H-chromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5-yl)acetate; R=PhCH2S (Ie) - ethyl-2-(9-amino-2-benzylthio-5H-chromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5-yl)acetate. A method for producing ethyl-2-(9-aminochromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5-yl)acetates of general formula I is also proposed.
EFFECT: new compounds that can be used as fluorescent dyes and probes are proposed.
