FIELD: heating technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to heating technology, namely to the designs of water heating radiators and methods of their assembly, and can be used in technological processes of mass production of heating radiators made using aluminum pipes. The connecting element of the register pipe with a manifold in the heating radiator is made in the form of a fitting containing a conical and cylindrical part, the outer diameter of the cylindrical part is less than the larger outer diameter of the conical part, the outer surface of the cylindrical part is threaded, and the inner channel has a figured cross-section, and the figure formed by the transverse section of the inner channel, has a rotational symmetry of the order of n≥3 relative to the central longitudinal axis of the channel.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure high tightness and mechanical strength of the joints of the radiator elements, the manufacturability of its assembly and the possibility of manufacturing radiators of great height.
