SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and can be used in capillary gas chromatography. Method of manufacturing capillary columns for gas chromatographic separation includes cleaning the capillary column, modifying the stationary phase, applying a layer of the stationary phase to the inner surface of the capillary column, while the column is cleaned and a layer of the stationary phase is applied to the capillary column using an adapter, which is a medical syringe without a needle, two removable heat-shrinkable tubes with a length of 15-20 mm pushed on top of each other, while one end of the tube is compressed and pushed tightly onto syringe, the second tube with one end falls on the first tube with a syringe, the other end on a capillary column with a diameter of 0.530 mm, both tubes are heat shrinkable under the action of heating.
EFFECT: creation of a method for manufacturing capillary columns with an even and uniform coating of the inner wall of the capillary with a convenient application of a stationary phase to the inner surface.
