SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mobile communications, in particular to methods for authentication and identification of a user in a mobile network. The technical result described below is achieved by identifying the subscriber in the operator's network and connecting him to the telecom operator, while creating an image of the subscriber's identity document, as well as an image of the subscriber's face; video recording of the user's movements; automatic recognition of the subscriber's document; comparing the graphic and video information; sending a contract to the user's mobile device and having the user sign that using the mobile device.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure possibility of prompt provision of mobile services to a new user during his registration in the mobile network and to expand the functionality of the user's device, in particular, to provide additional opportunities and choices to the user; ensuring possibility for the operator of the mobile network to receive guaranteed reliable information about the user, to identify the end user and conclude a communication contract remotely.
