SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile insurance systems. In system using additional server-insurance agent, which offers user of mobile equipment in MRS by means of this equipment service on insurance of this equipment, user by means of this mobile equipment receives insurance service of this equipment, wherein the server-insurance agent identifies the mobile equipment of the subscriber based on the unique identifier of the mobile equipment used in the mobile communication networks, determines the amount of insurance compensation based on information on the price of identified mobile equipment, generated by data of commodity aggregators of mobile equipment, and automatically generates an insurance contract in accordance with determining the price of mobile equipment, personal data and subscriber maintenance conditions.
