FIELD: concrete products.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of pictorial elements on a concrete surface. In the method of manufacturing a paper stencil for obtaining relief images on concrete products, according to the first embodiment, a paper stencil is made from finished polypropylene scroller paper obtained from sulfate cellulose from hard and coniferous wood, one of the sides of which is covered with a polypropylene membrane. Next, the paper is impregnated with an aqueous solution of the concrete hardening retarder, dried, and then the image is applied with UV-solidificated ink using digital inkjet printing on a large-format UV printer. For the impregnation of the paper stencil, a composition of a concrete hardening retarder is used, which does not contain sugars and acids and includes salts of organic or inorganic acids, a non-ionic surfactant as a plasticizer, organic solvents as a wetting and penetrating agent, where monoatomic aliphatic alcohols are used as the latter, and a photopolymer composition of acrylic monomers and photoinitiators, solidificated by UV radiation according to a free-radical method is used as UV-solidificated ink. In a method for obtaining relief images on concrete products, a paper stencil prepared according to one of the claimed options is placed in a mold, glued with a double-sided self-adhesive material to the bottom of the mold, which is poured with concrete, maintained until strength is set, after which the concrete product is removed and washed with a water jet under pressure to the depth of washing out. The paper stencil is laid and glued to the bottom of the mold with a side with a polypropylene coating.

EFFECT: increased quality indicators when obtaining pictorial elements on a concrete surface, obtaining relief images on concrete products with clear contours.
