FIELD: detergents.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a granular environmentally friendly concentrated detergent for hand and machine washing and can be used in the manufacture of various granular detergents and cleaning agents for household chemicals. A method for obtaining a concentrated detergent for washing fabrics is described, including the stages: a) preparation of raw components, including the choice of solid granular components, consisting of at least 85% by weight of fractions with a particle size of more than 0.35 mm and consisting of at least 85 % by weight from fractions with a particle size of up to 1.5 mm; b) mixing raw materials and their vacuum drying; c) dividing the agent into monodoses and its batch filling, and loading the raw components into the mixing device in the following order: granular zeolite, on which preheated ethoxylated fatty alcohols and ethoxylated natural plant terpene are applied by spraying a liquid, then sodium or potassium salts of sulfonated fatty alcohols obtained from natural vegetable oils, sodium or potassium salts of saturated or unsaturated fatty carboxylic acids obtained from natural vegetable oils, then components having a small mass fraction are added, namely: polyvinylpyrrolidone, a mixture of protease / lipase / amylase / mannanase enzymes, carboxymethylinulin, sodium salts of alpha-sulfonated methyl esters of fatty carboxylic acids obtained from natural vegetable oils, alkaline components and a bleaching catalyst.
EFFECT: obtaining a detergent for washing while maintaining its high consumer properties, namely the production of a granular form of a detergent providing good flowability and solubility in water and characterized by absence of caking and dustiness; homogeneous composition and stability during transportation and storage. A balanced component composition of the product is ensured. The component composition of the product is characterized by environmental friendliness and a high washing and bleaching ability at a low dosage and washing temperature.
