Abstract RU 2805742 C1

FIELD: granular detergents.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing granular detergent includes preparing the base, for which high molecular weight polyethylene glycol and C12 fatty acid are heated in a container to a temperature of 80–90°C, then, with constant stirring, the sodium salt of carbonic acid if added, the resulting base is stirred until the sodium salt of carbonic acid is completely dissolved and C12-18 Alcohol ethoxylate is added, then the base is mixed until smooth and the sodium salt of methyl ester alpha-olefin sulfonate is added and mixed until completely dissolution, then a mineral filler is added while maintaining the temperature of the base at 55–60°C, low molecular weight polyethylene glycol, dye, enzymes, essential oil, fragrance, aromatic composition with prolonged release of aroma and optical brightener are mixed in a separate container and added to the prepared base, everything is mixed at a temperature of 55–60°C, then the resulting mass is fed to a distributor, with the help of which the mass is distributed into the drops and cooled until granules are formed. Also a granular detergent is disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the washing ability of granules.
