FIELD: building structures, which use connectable form modules to create walls and foundation in addition to system adapted to construct building structure by retained form filling with concrete so that the retained form constitutes part of building structure.
SUBSTANCE: retained form tie comprises partition with transversal slots for reinforcement members receiving. Each partition edge is provided with end member having two spaced apart plates transversal to partition axis and connected with tie members. One transversal plate of each end member is end plate. Each end member is provided with at least one orifice made in end plate. The orifice passes into slot created in tie member and parallel to longitudinal partition axis. Partition is made as plate widening towards end members so that stiffening ribs are created. Weakened line extends along longitudinal partition axis. Weakened lines are also created in said transversal plates of end members and are aligned with weakened line of partition. Weakened lines of transversal plates are transversal to partition plane. Tie member of each end member is shaped as plate arranged in partition plate plane.
EFFECT: extended technological capabilities, namely creation of all-purpose tie to be used during lower and upper retained form belt panels assembling.
