FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: DC motor control device belongs to electrical engineering, namely to DC motor control devices, mainly when powered from a low-voltage source. According to the first embodiment, into a known DC motor control device, containing a power source, a bridge voltage inverter, a DC motor, an input capacitor filter, a switching unit, two temperature sensors, a control unit for a bridge voltage inverter, a switch and a drain circuit resistor, a current sensor bridge voltage inverter power supply, motor current sensor, key driver for bridge voltage inverter, power filter for bridge voltage inverter, converter stage control unit, three converter stages, each of which consists of one current sensor, one low-voltage inverter key driver, one low-voltage inverter, one transformer, one rectifier, are additionally introduced with appropriate connections the second power filter of the bridge inverter, a choke with two windings, two diodes, three capacitors, a sensor signal processing unit, a blower unit, a second resistor and drain circuit second key, while the converter stage control unit is configured to implement the function of the converter stage current regulator and the algorithm for testing the initial state of the device, and the number of converter stages is determined by the required output power of the DC motor control device. In the second version, a second power filter for a bridge inverter, an inductor with two windings, two diodes, three capacitors, a sensor signal processing unit, a blower unit, a second resistor and a second key of the drain circuit, a third resistor are additionally introduced into the known DC motor control device, a third resistor, while the converter stage control unit is configured to implement the function of the converter stage current regulator and the algorithm for initial testing of the device state, and the number of converter stages is determined by the required output power of the DC motor control device.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability and expand the functionality.
