SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking and sealing devices that are used to protect cargo and / or goods from unauthorized access in all areas of the military industry and civilian trade. The device contains a seal and a cable. Holes are provided in the body of the seal for pulling a cable through them with the formation of a locking loop. Also in the body of the seal there is an electronic seal mark (4) and a locking mechanism that ensures the movement of the cable in each of the holes for pulling the cable in only one direction. In this case, an electronic cable mark (5) is installed on the cable in such a way that if the cable breaks, the electronic cable mark (5) irreversibly breaks down. The electronic mark of the seal (4) is made with the possibility of recording on it the number of the electronic mark of the cable (5) in order to prevent unauthorized substitution.

EFFECT: increased reliability and reduced time for setting the fact of unauthorized access both in manual and automatic modes.
