FIELD: locking and sealing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking and sealing devices, in particular to sealing the doors of railway cars and tanks. Objective of this invention is to create a reliable locking and sealing device with high reliability and preventing it from unauthorized opening. In the locking and sealing device containing a flat body with an internal cavity, one of the end sides of the body is made solid, due to the use of powder metallurgy, which prevents the possibility of unauthorized access to the internal cavity of the body. In the case there are two longitudinal holes, one of which is intended for the working part of the cable, in the other is permanently fixed to the passive part of the steel cable, an insert fixed in the internal cavity of the body, having a groove aligned with the hole for the working part of the cable, the spring-loaded locking element, made in the form of a body of rotation, placed in the slot of the liner and cooperating with the side wall of the inclined plane of the groove and the working length of the cable, the longitudinal holes are made parallel to each other; bushings are installed at the inlet and outlet parts of the holes, the spring of the locking element is made in the form of a compression spring and is installed in the liner slot, on one of the sides of the side walls of the housing there are coaxial holes passing through the side wall and the liner in which the core is installed and tightly riveted. Locking and sealing device additionally contains two metal plates with two openings for passing through them the working and passive parts of the cable with the possibility of their installation on the end surface of the housing from the side of the entrance part of the through hole. Plates are made with offset in the direction of increasing the center distance between the holes of the plate, which is 2 mm larger than the center distance of the through holes of the housing, to prevent unauthorized opening. All-metal body of the seal for additional protection is placed in a plastic sheath with an RFID tag, the plastic sheath consists of a base with openings for the active and passive parts of the cable in the lower and upper parts of the plastic sheath, fastening elements for ZPU and RFID tags in plastic sheath, covers with fixing elements and openings for the passage of the active and passive parts of the cable in the lower and upper parts of the shell.
EFFECT: high reliability and prevention from unauthorized opening.
