FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a regasification system, namely, provides an optimal option for converting liquefied natural gas (LNG) into a gaseous state, including in a mobile unit. The regasification system contains a liquefied natural gas evaporator, a heat source for gas heating, gas temperature and pressure control devices, and ball valves at the gas inlet and outlet in the regasification system. An additional gas heater is located at the outlet of the evaporator, while the evaporator contains a heat exchanger made of Field tubes placed in the heat exchanger tank, and the additional gas heater contains a heat exchanger made of a set of two coaxially located U-shaped tubes located in the heat exchanger tank and an annular cavity which is communicated with the gas supply from the evaporator through the pipeline and the collector. The inner ones of the U-shaped pipes are connected with a heat source, which is a pulsating combustion heat generator, through a collector in a heat exchanger. The outlet from each inner pipe is made directly into the gas heater tank, which is connected by means of a pipeline to the evaporator tank, where the Field tubes are located. The coolant outlet is made to the inlet to the pulsating combustion heat generator. The LNG is supplied to the evaporator through the inlet ball valve of the regasification system and the manifold into the Field tubes in the evaporator, and the gas outlet from the evaporator is made through the pipeline and the manifold in the additional heater into the annular cavities of the U-shaped pipes with the exit from these cavities through the manifold, pipeline, regulator pressure and ball valve to the consumer. The selection of fuel gas for the pulsating combustion heat generator is also made from the outlet from the additional gas heater through the low gas pressure regulator.
EFFECT: efficient heating of LNG to a temperature excluding hydrate formation and regulation of a given pressure level by a pressure regulator at the outlet of the regasification system.
