FIELD: construciton.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and operation of shells of reactor compartments of nuclear power plants, bridges, dams, high-rise buildings and structures and can be used to measure the deformation of various structures. A device for measuring deformations in prestressed reinforced concrete structures, contains a deformation sensor and a housing. The sensor is made in the form of two sliders, each of which is fastened to the corresponding pressure platform. The body of the device is T-shaped with a measuring chamber in its horizontal part, in which the ends of the sensor slides are located, and a process channel in the vertical part, communicated with the measuring chamber. The device for measuring deformations is equipped with sliders installed in the measuring chamber between the sliders and removable through the technological channel with a removable limiter of sliders movement or a measuring device of the distance between sliders. By concreting, the device is fixed on the formwork with the ability to access the technological channel of the body from the outside of the formwork. After filling the formwork space with concrete and, accordingly, placing the pressure pads of the sensor in concrete, and subsequent hardening of the concrete, the slider displacement limiter is removed through the technological channel of the housing by its shank, a measuring device is installed through the technological channel between the ends of the sliders, the distance between them is measured, tension is generated in the structure, while simultaneously recording the distance between the sliders of the sensor, deformations are controlled at a given point of the structure and then, during the operation of the reinforced concrete structure, the distance is measured between the sliders, and data on the deformation of the structure is thus obtained.
