The combination valve (1A) includes a valve body (10A), the first valve module (40A) and the second valve module (70A). The valve body (10A) consists of the first body part (10a), to which the first valve module (40A) is attached, the second body part (10b), to which the second valve module (70A) is attached, the third body part (10c), which has an inlet (13), and the fourth body part (10d), which has an outlet hole (14) and an attachment area (15). The first body part (10a) and the second body part (10d) respectively extend along the first axis (L1) and the second axis (L2). The first axis and the second axis are parallel to each other. The third body part (10c) extends along the third axis (L3), which is set at an angle of 90 ° to the first axis (L1) and to the second axis (L2). The fourth body part (10d) extends along the fourth axis (L4) which is set at an angle of 90 ° to all of the first, second and third axes.
