CONNECTING BRACKET (VERSIONS), ITS APPLICATION AND METHOD OF CONNECTING WITH THE USE OF THIS BRACKET Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F16B15/00

Abstract RU 2747669 C1

FIELD: electrical cables.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of laying electrical cables, wires and engineering systems, and in particular to connecting brackets. The connecting bracket has a U-shape, formed by two shelves, each of which has a pair of opposite end and side edges and is connected by one of the end edges to the wall, and from the cross-lying side edges of these two shelves there is at least one protrusion containing at least one hole each. According to the second version, the connecting bracket has a U-shape formed by two shelves, each of which has a pair of opposite end and side edges and is connected by one of the end edges to the wall, and from the side edge of one of these two shelves there is a protrusion containing at least one hole, and each of the shelves has a curved tab that extends from the end edge not connected to the wall, and in which at least one hole is made, and the tabs extend from the respective end edges towards each other and are further bent in the direction from the wall. The essence of the method of attaching an object containing a hole to the supporting element: the connecting bracket is put on the supporting element ensuring that the bracket adheres to the supporting element, the hole of the protrusion of the connecting bracket and the hole of the object are aligned, the bolt inserted through the hole in the bracket projection and the corresponding hole of the object and the nut is screwed onto the bolt. The essence of the method of attaching an object containing a hole to a supporting element using a bracket according to the second option: the connecting bracket is put on the supporting element, the connecting bracket is squeezed on the supporting element ensuring that the bracket adheres to the supporting element and the holes of the protrusion of the connecting bracket and the holes of the object are aligned, then holes of the legs are aligned relative to each other, the bolt inserted through at least one hole of the bracket projection and the corresponding hole of the object and a nut is screwed onto the bolt, the pin or bolt inserted through the holes of the legs and the nut screwed onto the bolt or the nuts are screwed from the opposite ends of the stud.

EFFECT: increasing the strength and rigidity of the connection between the object containing the hole and the supporting element using a connecting bracket, as well as preventing relative displacement between the supporting element and the object containing the hole.
