FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing dihydroquercetin, which consists in the fact that coniferous wood, crushed to particles with a size of 1-3 mm, is subjected to extraction in an environment of carbon dioxide in the form of carbon dioxide in a liquefied state at a ratio of carbon dioxide to wood of 2-8:1, followed by aging at a temperature of 20.0-31.5°C for 2 hours, after which the solution is separated from the dense residue by filtration and concentration is carried out under vacuum on a rotary evaporator, then a five-fold volume of ethyl alcohol is added to the resulting concentrate, after which the precipitated arabinogalactan is separated by filtration and dried, the mother liquor is concentrated under vacuum until the solvent is completely removed, then the dry residue is placed in a reactor with liquid carbon dioxide reused after the initial stage, clarifying activated carbon is added and kept for 30 minutes at a temperature above 30°C, the working solution is filtered and then concentrated in rotary evaporator with obtaining the final product - powder of dihydroquercetin.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain dihydroquercetin.
