FIELD: chemical industry; pharmaceutical industry; cosmetic industry; food industry; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of dihydroquercetin, arabinogalactan, larch resin and essential oil from larch wood characterized by the following: the wood is crushed to a particle size of 1.5–3 mm, then the crushed larch is activated with saturated steam at a pressure of 0.9–1.0 MPa, followed by pressure release into a blow tank with a residual pressure of 8–10 kPa, then poured with 30–40% aqueous solution of ethanol in a mass ratio of wood: extractant equal to 1:15 and extraction is carried out for 20–25 minutes under ultrasonic influence, after the extraction process, the wood-cellulose mass is removed, and the resulting extract is poured into a condensate containing arabinogalactan, and the extract is evaporated to 1/20 of the original volume, the concentrated syrupy mass is diluted with a 4-fold volume of 96% ethyl alcohol, the filtrate is drained to clean the extract from impurities, and the precipitated arabinogalactan remains on the filter surface, where it is washed with 96% ethyl alcohol and dried, and the filtrate is concentrated until a dry residue is formed, then clarifying activated carbon is loaded and 96% ethyl alcohol is introduced from buffer tank 15 through the dry residue and a layer of activated carbon, after which the dry residue is dissolved and mixed under ultrasonic influence for 10 minutes, and then under a pressure of 0.9–1.0 MPa, the solution is filtered from activated carbon through a semi-permeable membrane, ethanol is evaporated until dihydroquercetin is formed in the form of a dry residue of light yellow powder, the remaining activated carbon is leached with a 30% aqueous solution of ethanol at boiling temperature for 10 minutes, after leaching, the aqueous-alcohol solution containing larch resin and essential oils is filtered under a pressure of 0.9–1.0 MPa through a semi-permeable membrane from coal dust, the resulting extract is concentrated to 1/5 of the original volume, then n-hexane and diethyl ether are added in a ratio of 1:2:2, and larch resin is isolated by precipitation, then the solution is filtered to completely remove n-hexane and diethyl ether, and n-hexane and diethyl ether vapors are condensed to isolate larch resin, and the remaining purified activated carbon is cooled by vacuuming to a residual pressure of 2–2.3 kPa.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain dihydroquercetin, arabinogalactan, larch resin and essential oil of increased purity, as well as to reduce the loss of solvent and reagents.
