SUBSTANCE: this invention is related to the use of a catalyst containing boehmite as a binder in a mouldable mixture in an amount of 25-40 wt.% dry matter, in which a ZSM-5 type zeolite is used as an active component with a molar Si/Al ratio equal to 20-60, impregnated after moulding before calcination with an aqueous solution of a metal salt selected from the range: Ga, Zn, La, followed by calcination to produce gasoline or concentrates of aromatic compounds, in which three streams are used as raw materials, the first of which includes a hydrocarbon fraction, the second stream includes oxygenate, the third stream includes an olefin-containing fraction, with the reaction carried out in three reaction zones filled with zeolite catalyst.

EFFECT: expansion of the scope of application of the catalyst, unification of oil refining processes and optimization of the logistics of the oil refinery.
