FIELD: oil refining industry; petrochemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing gasolines or a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon fraction of the gasoline boiling range by catalytic conversion of hydrocarbon fraction with distributed supply of water on zeolite catalyst. At that, in the conversion scheme there is either at least two successive independent reaction volumes in one reactor, or at least two series-connected reactors, wherein the hydrocarbon fraction is fed into a first reaction volume or reactor, and water is fed into either the first reaction volume or reactor, or into the first volume or reactor and subsequent reaction volumes or reactors. Amount of water supplied to the first reaction volume is 3–15 wt.% of total volume of raw material, when water is supplied to the second and subsequent reactors or reaction volumes, the amount of supplied water is not more than 2 wt.% of the total amount of raw material, the amount of the supplied hydrocarbon fraction is the rest.
EFFECT: creation of a method for production of gasolines or a mixture of aromatic compounds by processing hydrocarbon fractions with distributed supply of water into several series-connected reaction volumes, with reduction of output of secondary hydrocarbon gases and compensation of temperature effect of endothermic reaction.
