FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the drilling of blast wells with the use of compressed air for the evacuation of drilling mud. The device includes a chisel with purge channels, drill rods, a screw borer truck, which is equipped with a central channel for supplying compressed air to the bottom-hole zone, and upper and lower cones. The lower cone is attached to the chisel, and the upper cone is attached to the drill rod. In the upper cone, ejection channels are made and a control mechanism containing a valve with through channels is mounted. The control mechanism is provided with a pipe made coaxially with the valve, with the formation of additional channels in it for directing air into the ejection channels and into the central channel. In the lower part of the pipe, there is an internal cone, and in the upper part, there is a generator, on the axis of which there is a propeller, a receiving sensor and a key for breaking the electrical circuit. The generator provides energy transfer by means of a cable to the annular electromagnet with the subsequent impact on the movement of the valve controlling the opening of the ejection channels.
EFFECT: efficiency of the drilling mud evacuation process is increased by regulating the flow of compressed air into the ejection channels.
