FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry; it can be used in drilling of blast wells for removal of drill cuttings from a bottomhole. The device contains a drilling assembly including a drilling bit with a purge channel, end and main drilling rods, a screw starting borer-truck with a fixed union, a central channel for supply of compressed air to a borehole zone, upper and lower cones. The lower cone is attached to the drilling bit, and the upper cone is attached to the end drilling rod. In the upper cone of the screw starting borer-truck, ejection channels are made, and a control mechanism is mounted, containing a valve with passage channels. The valve is equipped with a cylindrical case, and, in the upper part, – with an airflow divider. At an equal distance from the valve axis, interfaced tubes are placed, located coaxially with ejection channels. At an intersection point of ejection channel axes with tube circumferences, tubes are made with a bend on a tangent and are equipped with spinners from above and from below. In the lower part of the valve, a conical ring is located, made of the same pivotally fixed segments located along the entire perimeter of the ring.
EFFECT: efficiency of evacuation of drill cuttings is increased by simplification of adjustment of compressed air coming to ejection channels and reduction in loss of an airflow speed.
