FIELD: ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition, namely to marking cartridges intended for training shooting. A marking cartridge with a telescoped cartridge case contains a cartridge case base with an initiation means, a movable element capable of moving along the cartridge case base, and bullet-shaped safety missile equipment installed in the recess of the movable element and partially protruding beyond the movable element. The safety equipment is equipped with elements interacting with the bore of the weapon when fired, containing a head and a bottom made of polymer material, connected by means of annular latches and jointly forming a cavity containing a coloring matter. The outer diameter of the head part of the projectile is less than the minimum diameter of the bore of the weapon. The bottom part of the projectile includes a front section protruding beyond the movable element and a rear section completely located in the recess of the movable element, separated by an annular protrusion, the outer diameter of which exceeds the inner diameter of the recess of the movable element and is equal to the maximum diameter of the barrel bore of the weapon. The outer diameter of the rear section of the bottom part of the missile equipment is less than the inner diameter of the recess of the movable element, and its outer cylindrical surface is equipped with elements interacting with the inner diameter of the recess of the movable element.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing strength of the cartridge and increasing stability of the ballistic characteristics of the projectile equipment.
