SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a food processor and a method of controlling display of the interface thereof. The food processor is comprised of two or more different types of bowls; a base whereon an element for determining the type of appliance is installed, said element configured to recognize the type of bowl, wherein the element for determining the type of appliance is configured to send a corresponding appliance type signal depending on the type of bowl installed onto the element; and a control unit configured to receive an appliance type signal in order to trigger the corresponding control program and display the corresponding control interface on the touch panel, wherein the control interfaces are displayed when irradiated with light of different wavelengths, respectively.

EFFECT: invention solves the problem of low functional integration of food processors known from the technical level.
