FIELD: waste water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for biological purification of domestic and sewage industrial and runoff waste water. In the method for purification of waste water, the stages of mechanical purification, averaging of the flow rate and composition of the waste water and treatment thereof with a makeup solution, heating, biological purification with active sludge in a denitrifier, a nitrifier aerotank, a membrane bioreactor, separation of the purified waste water (permeate) from the active sludge and pumping thereof, degassing and disinfection of the permeate and accumulation thereof in a purified water container are conducted consecutively. The excess sludge is also periodically pumped from the membrane bioreactor, stabilised, disinfected and dehydrated, the waste water subject to purification is continuously aerated, the active sludge continuously circulates between the denitrifier, the nitrifier aerotank, and the membrane bioreactor, and supplied from the membrane bioreactor to the averaging apparatus. The purification station for implementation of the method for purifying waste water includes a mechanical purification apparatus, an averaging apparatus, a pump for supplying waste water for purification, a heating apparatus, a denitrifier, a nitrifier aerotank, a membrane bioreactor, a vacuum pump, a degassing apparatus, an ultraviolet disinfection unit and a purified water (permeate) container, connected in series. The purification station also includes dosing units for a makeup solution, alkalising solution, coagulant solution, citric acid solution and sodium hypochlorite solution, an air compressor and an apparatus for redirecting water for purification. The unit for stabilisation, disinfection and dehydration of excess sludge is made in the form of an aerobic sealer stabiliser with a dosing unit for a disinfecting solution, a pump for supplying excess sludge for dehydration with a dosing unit for a flocculant solution, and a sludge dehydration apparatus, connected in series.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions provides an increase in the degree of purification of domestic waste water while reducing the overall dimensions of the purification station and increasing the environmental safety of the waste produced upon purification.
