SUBSTANCE: protruding part (31) includes the first inclined surface part (313T) on that side of the upper surface part (310U) that is forward in the direction of rotation, and the second inclined surface part (314T) on that side of the upper surface part (310U), which is opposite in the direction of rotation, in the section in which the sectional area is the smallest. When the first roller (30) rotates in the direction of rotation, the upper surface portion (310U) squeezes the absorbent component (13) to form a squeezed zone (210B), and the first sloped surface portion (313T) and the second sloped surface portion (314T) squeeze the absorbent component (13) to form zones (202B) of temporary squeezing. Since the temporary crushing zones (202B) having a higher density than the uncrushed zones are temporarily formed when the absorbent component has a minimum crushing thickness, scattering of the super absorbent polymer (SAP) present in the squeezed zone (201B) is prevented to the surrounding areas, and it is kept as is. Thus, the cellulose in the absorbent component (13) and the large amount of ultra-absorbent polymer that is present in the absorbent component (13) and which is prevented from scattering can be effectively bonded to each other in the compressed area (201B).
