SUBSTANCE: upper sheet (2) includes laminate of first nonwoven material (20) and second nonwoven material (21), two nonwoven materials (20, 21) are fused together on peripheral edges of holes (22) to form a plurality of parts (23), fastened by fusion, and first nonwoven material (20) in zone different from parts (23), fastened by fusion, protrudes in direction from second nonwoven material (21) to form multiple projections (24) projecting towards carrier skin. Each part (23) of upper sheet fixed by fusion has protruding part (26) projecting towards sublayer (3), and plurality of protruding parts (26) are distributed on surface (2b) of upper sheet (2) facing sublayer (3). When pressing upper sheet (2) to sublayer (3), sublayer (3) is partially squeezed by projecting parts (26).
