FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal pressure treatment, in particular to the pressure processing of hard-to-deform steel grades. The method of thermomechanical processing of thin sheets of hard-to-form steel grades includes preparation of a package consisting of a base layer and a technological shell, welding, heating and subsequent rolling with finishing treatment of the surface of the base layer. The technological shell is made in two layers: the inner layer is made of an aluminum-based alloy, the outer layer is made of structural low-carbon steel. Heating is carried out to a temperature of 600-610 °C, and rolling is carried out with a reduction rate of 7-22% for at least 4 passes with intermediate heating to a temperature of 600-610 °C.
EFFECT: product quality is improved.
