FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. A method for increasing the productivity of Abyssinian nougat during seed germination is proposed, including the use of a silicon-containing preparation. For pre-sowing seed treatment, working aqueous sols of hydrothermal nanosilica with concentrations of 0.05-0.0005 wt.% Are prepared. on the basis of the initial aqueous sol of nanosilica of 2.5% concentration with a predominance of the size of its constituent particles 10-20 nm, which is obtained from hydrothermal solutions of the Mutnovskoye field in Kamchatka. The exposure time of the seeds in the sols of hydrothermal nanosilica prepared diluted with water is 120 minutes.
EFFECT: allows to expand the possibilities of using aqueous sols of natural nanosilica of hydrothermal origin and its certain concentrations to increase the germination of seeds of Abyssinian nougat.
