SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for postoperative treatment of hip fractures. Before the beginning of the fracture consolidation, a computer simulation of osteosynthesis is performed with the determination of the initial maximum permissible load (IML) on the limb in terms of osteosynthesis in kilograms. Then the load difference (LD) between the initial maximum permissible load and the full load on the femur is calculated, equal to the patient's body weight. Next, the coefficient of the consolidation period is calculated. Based on the data obtained, the permissible load on the limb (PL) is calculated in kilograms.
EFFECT: method reduces the risk of complications associated with improper dosing of loads, such as secondary displacement of fragments, fracture or migration of metal structures, violation of the consolidation of the fracture and the formation of a false joint, the formation of joint contractures, and accelerates the consolidation of the fracture by eliminating early and disproportionate load on the limb.
