FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, and can be used for determining indications for audit surgical intervention after primary reconstructive treatment of cotyloid fractures. Clinical, technical and medico-social criteria are evaluated. Clinical criteria include anatomical and functional disorders in the hip joint, namely residual bone fragments displacement, pain syndrome manifestation in the hip joint area, and the primary reconstructive and repeated interventions. Technical criteria include necessity of application of additional metal structures (augments, Müller support rings, case of Burch-Schneider) at revision intervention, to medical and social criteria - degree of disability. For each of the criteria, depending on the severity of the criteria, a score is scored. Obtained results are summarized. Total coefficient K is calculated. If K ≤ 4, the absence of readings to the revision intervention is stated; if K > 4 - presence of indications for audit intervention.
EFFECT: method provides high accuracy of selecting indications for long-term audit surgery in patients with cotyloid fractures by applying a set of the most objective and informative criteria for estimating the condition of the hip joint.
