FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, it can be used to extract gas from the annular space (annulus) of an oil well. The installation includes a working tank with level sensors, an inlet gas line and an outlet gas line, suction and pressure valves, a pump for pumping the working fluid, and liquid inlet and outlet lines. The inlet gas line is connected to the annular space of the well. The outlet gas line is connected to the well discharge collector. The suction and pressure valves are installed on the inlet and outlet gas lines, respectively. The pump for pumping the working fluid is connected by the receiving side to the feed tank. The liquid inlet and outlet lines are connected to the lower part of the working tank. The inlet line is connected to the pressure side of the pump, and the outlet line is connected to the feed tank through a liquid flow switch that is functionally connected to the control unit that receives signals from the liquid level sensors. The level sensors are made in the form of reed switches located inside a sealed tube inserted into the working tank at the level of the maximum and minimum level of the working fluid, respectively, outside of which a float with a magnet is installed with the possibility of longitudinal movement. The pump is equipped with a start and shutdown unit, which is functionally connected to the control unit. The flow switch is made in the form of a controlled gate valve, made with the possibility of synchronous closing with the start of the pump or opening with the stop of the pump. The working tank is installed above the feed tank so that at the maximum level difference between them, a critically low pressure is not created in the well annulus after opening the flow switch.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability of the installation, an increase in the efficiency of gas extraction from the annular space of the oil well.
