SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A method for the preparation of a biologically active preparation from an extract of celandine (Chelidonium majus L.) has been developed in which the dried and crushed aerial part of the celandine plants collected in the flowering phase is placed in a vessel, poured with boiled tap water, a short-term heating of the aqueous extract with the plant mass is carried out at a temperature 70-80°С, without bringing to a boil, incubated for several days without air access until an acidic pH is obtained and fermentation is completed, then infused at room temperature with periodic opening of the container and stirring until an alkaline pH is obtained and a color change from yellow to brown, the liquid is separated part, filtered and then the resulting liquid product is stored at room temperature until use. The use of a biologically active preparation from celandine extract consists in soaking lettuce seeds, peas and beans in BAP-EC solutions for 1-24 hours. When processing pea and lettuce seeds with the target product, the shoot height increases by 22-27%.

EFFECT: treatment of seeds of beans with BAP-EC also positively affects the growth processes of plants contributing to an increase in their biomass by 28-42% and the mass of root nodules by several times.
