SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a smoke-emitting granular material suitable for heated non-combustible tobacco products, which includes the following steps: Step 1: mixing the ultrafine tobacco powder and other biomass powder in the ratio as the main component, mixing the dry distillation product of tobacco, the spray agent, the binder and the tobacco flavor in the ratio as the auxiliary component; wet mixing of the main component and the auxiliary component to obtain a pre-prepared mixture; Step 2: sintering and processing with alcohol of the pre-prepared mixture obtained in Step 1 to produce the alcoholic product; Step 3: extrusion and molding of the alcoholate obtained in Step 2, using an extruder, to produce the extrudate; and Step 4: spheronization and granulation of the extrudate obtained in Step 3, drying to remove water and obtaining a granular material that emits smoke.
