FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for refueling in flight. The in-flight refueling unit fuel hose contains a round-fabric hose (1) and couplings. The sleeve has a load-bearing outer layer (2) and an inner sealing layer (3). An annular shoulder (8) is made on the load-bearing outer layer (2) of each of the ends of the sleeve. The connecting sleeve contains a nipple (9) installed between the power (2) and sealing layers (3), a collet (10) with an outer conical surface and a clamping nut (11) with an inner conical surface and an external thread. On the inside of the nipple, a sealing sleeve (12) is installed using a sealant (14). On the inner surface of the nipple, from the side of the joint of the sealing and power layers, in an area approximately equal to 2/3 of the length of the nipple, an anti-adhesive coating is applied to 1/12 of the outer surface of the nipple and the transition radius. The sealing sleeve is approximately 1/3 of the length of the nipple.
EFFECT: increased reliability and service life of the fuel hose.
