FIELD: aviation technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation technology, in particular to in-flight refueling devices. The fuel hose of the in-flight refueling unit contains a round-woven sleeve and connecting couplings. The round-woven sleeve has an outer power layer and an inner sealing layer. On the outer power layer of each of the sleeve ends, an annular collar is made. The connecting coupling comprises nipple (9) installed between the power and sealing layers, a collet with an external conical surface with a sawtooth profile, and a clamping nut with an internal conical thread of the sawtooth profile and an external thread. Nipple (9) has annular groove (11) with many blind holes (12), and the clamping nut has annular thin-walled protrusion (15), while nipple (9) and the clamping nut are rigidly fixed by punching (16) of nut annular protrusion (15) into the holes of annular groove (11) of nipple (9). The mounting sealing surface of the coupling is made on nipple (9).
EFFECT: performance properties of the fuel hose are improved and the dimensions of the connecting couplings are reduced.
