FIELD: oil-producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the oil-producing industry and can be used to clean the well fluid. The device, according to the first version, consists of a cylindrical body with a concentrically installed bottom pipe, a filter made of flexible wires with ends unfolding until contact with the inner surface of the well casing. A reversible electric drive is hermetically located in the housing connected by a cable to the telemechanical system (TMS) unit for filter self-cleaning control and connected by a cylinder. The shaft of the electric drive is connected by a screw pair with a rod axially located in the branch pipe, which at one end is connected to the body by a movable spline connection with possibility of reciprocating movement, and at the other end there is a filter made of interconnected springy wires, with the possibility of periodic self-cleaning by compressing the wires into the bundle around the rod when pushing the filter into the nozzle and expanding their ends until the cavity of the casing is completely blocked when pushing out of the nozzle into the cavity of the casing for subsequent filtration of the fluid flow by the well, for which the free end of the nozzle is made with a bell. Radial channels are made in the wall of the nozzle, which communicate the cavity of the nozzle with the cavity of the well casing. The device, according to the second version, contains a filter that is in contact with the loose ends of springy wires with the inner wall of the nozzle, which ensures complete overlap of the nozzle cavity for filtering the fluid flow by the well through the nozzle with the possibility of periodic self-cleaning by pushing the filter out of the nozzle into the casing cavity and imparting reciprocating movements to it under control of the TMC unit. For this, the free end of the branch pipe is made with a bell and a packer bridge separating the cavity of the casing, and radial channels are made in the wall of the above-packer part of the branch pipe.
EFFECT: quality of cleaning the well fluid from suspension is improved.
