FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to the design of measuring instruments, it can be used to study the loading of the working bodies of mounted agricultural machines and tillage tools. The strain gauge plate contains an intermediate plate with connecting nodes for a mounted agricultural tool and a force sensor mounted on the tractor mounted system tractions. Two coaxially arranged horizontal and vertical double-arm levers are attached to the intermediate plate by means of bearings. The tractor mounted system tractions are pivotally attached to the outer ends of the levers. The inner ends of the lower double-arm levers are mated to a crossbar mounted on the inner end of the vertical double-arm lever. The vertical double-arm lever is additionally connected to the force sensor. The longitudinal axes of the lower double-arm levers and the swing axis of the vertical double-arm lever are located in the horizontal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tractor. The ratios of the eponymous arms of all two-arm levers are the same.
EFFECT: provided is simplification of the design and increased accuracy of measuring the horizontal forces acting on the tillage tool.
