FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to the study of the loading of the working bodies of mounted agricultural machines and tillage tools; it can be used to measure the horizontal force from such tools. A method for determining the horizontal force from tillage tools mounted on a tractor includes fixing a strain gauge plate with a force-measuring element on the levers of the hydraulic mounted system of the tractor. The forces from the mentioned levers are lead to a common axis located horizontally and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tractor, and are mechanically summed up among themselves. The horizontal force from the mounted tool is determined by the total force obtained on the common axis. The device for determining the horizontal force from the tool mounted on the tractor contains a strain gauge plate with a force-measuring element. The device is equipped with left, right and upper double-arm levers pivotally fixed on the strain gauge plate, to the outer ends of levers the rods of the hydraulic mounted system of the tractor are attached. The device is equipped with a summing axis pivotally connected to the force-measuring element and fixed in the eyelets of the inner end of the upper lever. The inner ends of the left and right double-arm levers are connected to the summing axis by means of intermediate links with ball tips. The swing axes of the left and right levers are located vertically, and the swing axis of the upper lever is located horizontally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tractor.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and an increase in the accuracy of measuring the horizontal forces acting on the tillage tool.
