FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular, to studying the loading of working bodies of mounted agricultural machines and tillage implements, and can be used to measure the horizontal force from such implements. The apparatus comprises a strain gauge plate with a force measuring element and a force adder. The apparatus is additionally equipped with a left, a right and an upper dual-arm levers hinged on the frame, secured to one end whereof are rods of the tractor linkage. The force adder is made in the form of an adding hydraulic cylinder hinged on the strain gauge plate and linked with the force measuring element. The second ends of the dual-arm levers are therein connected with the frame via hydraulic sensors, the outputs whereof are hydraulically linked with the cavities of the adding hydraulic cylinder, the swing axes of the left and right levers are located vertically, and the swing axis of the upper lever is located horizontally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tractor. The adding hydraulic cylinder comprises a central stem and a sleeve, and is also equipped with at least one additional annular stem with a sleeve secured on a common cover with the base forming two additional hydraulic cavities. The annular and central stems are therein secured on a common cover transmitting the total force to a common force measuring element with the strain sensors.
EFFECT: structural simplification and increase in the accuracy of measuring the horizontal forces acting on the tillage implement.
