FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Punctures of the abdominal wall are performed, trocars are inserted. Find a perforated hole on the anterior wall of the stomach. Two surgical sutures are introduced, each of which is 250 mm long. Two serous-muscular suture lines are performed, located above and below relative to the perforated hole, retreating from it from above and below by 20 mm. Moreover, the length of these suture lines is made of such a size that their proximal extremities are located at a distance of 40 mm from the proximal edge of the perforated hole, and their distal ends are located at a distance of 20 mm from its distal edge, in addition, on both ends of the suture lines they leave free the ends of the threads. The ends of the threads are tied in pairs in knots so that when these knots are tightened, the proximal part of the stomach with respect to the perforated opening overlaps this opening and covers it with itself, thus forming a duplicate fold from the anterior wall of the stomach. Two more surgical sutures with a length of 120 mm are introduced into the abdominal cavity. Between the previously formed two nodes, two more interrupted sutures are placed equidistantly between the outer edge of the duplicate fold and the anterior wall of the stomach. Trocars are removed, the skin is sutured at the puncture sites.

EFFECT: allows to reduce the risk and number of postoperative complications, the risk of stenosis in the postoperative period, to reduce the period of postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
