FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting laparoscope at the superior umbilical boundary. The working port is set at the left hypochondrium. The perforated opening is sutured. Needle holder has fixed place at the point located along the abdominal median line 2-3 cm below the xiphoid process. Suturing is carried out with atraumatic needle. The needle is clamped 2-4 cm apart from the needle base. Needle holder is introduced into the abdominal cavity without using port. The needle is pulled into the abdominal cavity by means of thread. Port is set on the needle holder. To set draining units of large diameter, endosurgical clamp is brought from one port to the other one.
