FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of buried structures, such as underground metro facilities. A method for reducing the settlement of buildings during the construction of underground workings under them, based on the injection of an soil massif, includes the installation of vertical collar columns in the wells and the creation of fixed stabilizing soil layers between the foundation of the building and the underground structure erected after the massif has been fixed, alternating with unsecured compressible layers. Injection of the hardening solution into the soil at different levels is carried out in each well by moving the injection pipe from the bottom upwards with an obturator at the end inside the collar column. The collar column is anchored with a hardening solution with a fixed stabilizing layer at each of the levels and the collar column is filled with a hardening solution. After the injection of the hardening solution at the last upper level in each well, a combined multilayer frame of the soil massif is formed between the foundation of the building and the underground structure being erected, consisting of stabilizing layers of the rock mass fixed with the hardening solution, interconnected by anchors, which are used as collar columns, and located between them the compression-compacted layers of the rock mass.

EFFECT: invention increases the rigidity of the soil mass between the foundation of the building and the underground structure being erected, a decrease in the size of the earth's surface settlement during the construction of an underground structure in the area of urban development.
