FIELD: press forging equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impact press forging equipment. The hammer contains a body with a striker, an anvil block and an electric motor with a drive, which includes a drum with a wound flexible element connected to the striker. The drive includes a differential gear, one shaft of which is connected to an electric motor. The second shaft with the first closed locking spring brake with the first electromagnet installed on it is connected to the drum. On the third shaft, there is a second closed locking spring brake with a second electromagnet. The first electromagnet is electrically connected to the mains through a parallel connected normally closed first power contact and a normally open limit switch. The second electromagnet is connected to the mains through a parallel connected normally closed second power contact and a normally closed limit switch. Limit switches are installed in the upper part of the body with the possibility of contact with the striker. The power contacts have the ability to contact with the control pedal.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to regulate the impact force and reduce the dynamic loads on the structure.
