The composition of X-ray contrast plastic for eliminating bone defects is characterized by the fact that it consists of layers of carbon fabric, polyamide film and layers of basalt fibrous material, with a ratio of components, wt. %: carbon fabric - 57.5-64.0; basalt fibrous material - 1.0-6.0; polyamide film - the rest. The method of obtaining radiopaque plastic for eliminating bone defects is characterized by the fact that it includes preliminary electrochemical processing of raw materials and annealing of basalt fibrous material, laying out a press pack, hot pressing of a press pack. The group of inventions provides an increase in the radiopacity of the endoprosthesis, the achievement of an economic effect (low cost of the material) due to the exclusion of precious metal from the composition of the material, the provision of better biological compatibility of the endoprosthesis and, as a consequence, an increase in its service life.

EFFECT: can be used to eliminate bone pathologies and defects, in particular defects of the cranial vault, temporomandibular joint, hip, knee, elbow joints.
