FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the course of total hip arthroplasty in patients with the consequences of complex acetabular fractures, in which the continuity of the pelvic ring is disrupted, as well as in patients with a pseudarthrosis or consolidated in the wrong position of acetabular fractures. The result of the invention is achieved due to the fact that in order to perform a reduction in three planes and temporary fixation of bone fragments of the acetabulum in one conditional plane, they are introduced along a metaphyseal screw-rod to a depth of 3-4 cm, rejecting the tail part outward by 8-10°, into the anterior the lower iliac spine of the wing of the ilium and into the body of the ischium above the ischial tuberosity. Further, to the proximal part of the rods-screws, nuts are fixed along a bracket with a threaded hole at an angle of 90° parallel to each other, to which, in turn, a repositioning unit is installed, consisting of four threaded rods, fixed to each other by two-axis brackets and nuts and oriented to each other at an angle 90 degrees. Further, by manipulating the nuts of the assembled structure under image intensifier control, the bone fragments are moved in three planes to the desired position until a hemispherical shape of the acetabulum is obtained clinically and on an X-ray image, after which the acetabular system of the hip joint endoprosthesis is implanted.
EFFECT: restoration of the hemispherical shape of the acetabulum for implantation of the acetabular system of the endoprosthesis in one operation session.
